Office Policies/Mission

At Unity Urology, we strive to provide our patients with comprehensive care using the latest technology available. Some of the procedures we offer include cystocopy, prostate biopsy, urodynamics, and vasectomy. Our state-of-the-art technology includes the automatic autoclave sterilizer, to ensure the continued safety of our patients. We also utilize the flexible digital cystoscope with video monitoring and a new ultrasound system.

Our office offers many amenities to make your visits with us as pleasant as possible. To enhance doctor to patient communication, we utilize an automated appointment confirmation system. Our reception area features current periodicals, videos and refreshments such as bottled water. Our treatment rooms have soft music and ergonomic, heated furniture.

Your First Appointment

Please arrive early so that we can complete your initial paperwork. Also, please bring the following:

• Patient's insurance card
• List of current prescriptions and/or over-the-counter medication, including dose and frequency
• Information about patient's medical and surgical history
• Recent test results, x-rays, or relevant records

We strive to provide you with quality care that fits your budget! For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We will be happy to file insurance claims for you and are a preferred provider for various agencies. Feel free to ask a member of our staff for more information. We are here to serve you!
